This online buying service is for mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales) credit/debit card payments. Our regular (off-line) Credit Account holders should order in their usual way (by phone or email) or by selecting the “invoice” option on our Site.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Lab Manchester and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
All prices published on this Site are liable to change without prior notice. Prices do not include postage and packaging charges or Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Courier service – The APC, Royal Mail or our own Northwest Van Run.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address including county and the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person because of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY for all orders over £100.00 pre-VAT to a UK mainland address.
£15.00 delivery charge for all orders below £100.00 pre-VAT to a UK mainland address.
Please note we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
We aim to ship all stock items within 24 hours of paid order and we expect delivery to be next working day.
We would always advise our customers delivery could take 1-3 working days from time of order depending on unexpected delays such as road and weather conditions.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
If we are holding insufficient stock and your order is not shipped complete we shall endeavour to fulfil any backorder as speedily as possible and will keep you informed of progress by email.
You will receive a series of emails during the whole order process from confirmation to dispatch.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving notice.
The cancellation period:
Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the goods when you purchased good(s) in one order that are all delivered together.

Will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the last good when you purchased goods in one order that are delivered separately.
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that will deteriorate or expire rapidly
If you cancel your contract with us and goods have already been sent to you, then you must return the goods to us as soon as possible after informing us of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs before they are returned to us, including while the goods are in transit.
If you cancel your contract with us, we will reimburse to you all payments we received from you under the contract, including the costs of delivery. Please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your reimbursement to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods that was caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will provide the reimbursement without undue delay using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by our Return and Refund policy.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not happy or satisfied with any product bought from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within two weeks of purchase, for a full refund or exchange.
All returned goods must be in an un-used condition and in the original packaging.
Returning the goods is at your own expense and postage is non-refundable. This can be done using your chosen courier. If items or packaging have been used, lost or damaged, we reserve the right to apply a repair or depreciation fee which will be deducted from any refund.
Before items are sent back, we will need you to inform us of your proposed return by email to sales@labmanchester.co.uk so we can issue you with a returns reference number which you will need to send with the returned goods. This is to enable us to keep track of the return and make sure we can quickly identify who the returned goods are from so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible when the goods are returned.
All refunds will be made on the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
Lost or Damaged Goods
We will take all reasonable steps to make good any loss or damage experienced providing the customer takes the following actions –
Informs Lab Manchester of loss or damage within 2 working days of receipt of goods or 7 working days of delivery due date for lost goods.
Advises order number and full contact/address details
The customer does not return any goods without an issued return goods number and complaint reference.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the order before packing and despatch and if successful you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been despatched, then you will have to return the goods in their original condition as directed in our Returns Policy
Limitation of Liability
Lab Manchester, its proprietor and our employees will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Lab Manchester, its proprietor and our employees, from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
